Newsletter & Campaign Data
We store the newsletters you create, campaign send history, and engagement metrics (open rates, click rates, bounce rates) to provide analytics and improve our service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent. This helps us improve the user experience.

- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link
- We honor unsubscribe requests immediately
- We monitor bounce rates and automatically suppress invalid addresses
- We do not sell, rent, or share your contact lists with third parties
- We comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email regulations
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and follow security best practices including password hashing (bcrypt), HMAC-verified unsubscribe links, and input sanitization. Files uploaded (such as business card images) are stored in Amazon S3 with access controls.

We use the following third-party services:
- Amazon Web Services (SES, S3) — Email sending and file storage
- Google Gemini AI — AI content generation and business card OCR
- Stripe — Payment processing (we do not store credit card details)
