We store the newsletters you create, campaign send history, and engagement metrics (open rates, click rates, bounce rates) to provide analytics and improve our service.

• We monitor bounce rates and automatically suppress invalid addresses
• We do not sell, rent, or share your contact lists with third parties

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and follow security best practices including password hashing (bcrypt), HMAC-verified unsubscribe links, and input sanitization. Files uploaded (such as business card images) are stored in Amazon S3 with access controls.

• Google Gemini AI — AI content generation and business card OCR
• Stripe — Payment processing (we do not store credit card details)
